The hotel is situated right on what has to be one of the world's finest beaches. The beach is secluded, uncrowded, and perfect for soaking up the sun and playing in the surf. The hotel's grounds are well maintained and the building itself is gorgeous. The staff is friendly and the service is satisfactory.
No improvements needed, everything was great.

We spent relaxing days at the beach, soaking up the sun under a thatched umbrella until sunset. The miles of empty beach in Mazatlan provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, our room had fluffy towels and was cleaned well by the maid.
Some of the people we encountered were not as friendly as we had hoped.
